Milwaukee Sports and Social Foundation offers merchandise fulfillment through standard shipping or coordinated local delivery.

All merchandise purchases support the Foundation’s charitable mission.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability, event schedules, and volunteer coordination.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping

Merchandise may be shipped via standard domestic carriers to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Milwaukee Sports and Social Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Items delivered to league locations are considered fulfilled once handed to the designated team representative or participant.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Delivery / Field Pickup

For certain orders, we may offer local delivery or hand delivery at scheduled Milwaukee Sports and Social events or fields.

If local delivery is selected or arranged:

  • We will coordinate delivery details via email.

  • Delivery will occur at a mutually agreed upon time and location.

  • The Foundation is not responsible for missed deliveries if the recipient is not present at the agreed time.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@mkesocialfoundation.org.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
