About This Event:

Bring your paddle, your partner, and your A-game to our Pickleball Tournament fundraiser!

We are taking over all six of West Milwaukee Park's beautiful Pickleball courts all weekend for our first-ever pickleball fundraiser that spans 2 days! One skill level on each day!

This version of the tournament is designed for Recreational level players! A secondary Intermediate tournament is occurring on the same days at a different court!

Day 1: Saturday, June 6, 2026: 48-Team Pool Style Play-In Round

8 Pools of 6 Teams will compete in a 5-match round robin format with the winner advancing to the Day 2 Tournament!

2 Teams who do not win their pools will still make the Day 2 Tournament via Wild Card seeds, if they are the 9th and 10th overall highest scoring/winning teams on Day 1!

All matches on Day 1 will consist of 1 game played first to 11 for a total of 5 games.

In the event two teams tie for first place after all 5 games are completed, the team who has fewer Points Against will win the tie-breaker. In the event Points Against is equal, the two teams will play a sudden death, first to 3 match!

NOTE: When registering, teams will be given the opportunity to select their preferred pool time! 

Day 2: Sunday, June 7, 2026: 10-Team Double Elimination Tournament
10:00AM - 2:00PM

Teams will be seeded based on their overall record and Points For/Points Against from Day 1.

The tournament will be double elimination with the top 6 seeds receiving. round 1 BYE!

All matches in each round will be played best of 3, first to 11. There will be no need to win by 2 in this tournament. All losers bracket games will play this format, as well, in all rounds.

A losers bracket will run in tandem with the tournament. The winning team from the losers bracket will make it to the Championship match!

Points For and Points Against will be tracked per each game. Points For will be the tie-breaker, if needed. Points Against will be the backup tie-breaker in the event Points For is tied.

For Seeding: In the event two teams have the same record, the same Points For and the same Points Against, we will flip a coin the morning of the tournament with both teams in-person to decide the higher seed placement. If the coin flip is required to determine Wild Card teams, the flip will occur on our Instagram story the night prior. Game times for Day 2 will not be provided until the late evening of June 6 to all teams via email.

NOTE: All Day 2 Teams must consist of the same 2 players from Day 1. No subs/alternates are allowed in Day 2!

PRIZES:

1st Place Prize:

The winning team will win their choice of 2 tickets to one of the following State Fair Main Stage shows: John Mulaney on 8/12/26, Nelly on 8/7, or The All-American Rejects on 8/13/26 plus a Championship Shirt!

2nd Place Prize:

Both players to receive a $50 Milwaukee Sports and Social Gift Certificate good towards any 2026 league!

CO-ED FORMAT:

This tournament is like our Pickleball leagues: Mixed Doubles format. Teams can feature 1 male and 1 female, 2 males, or 2 females.

In the event of heavy rain, this tournament will be made up on June 27-28. Tickets will not be refunded if a team is unable to make the new dates.
